About Maurice E. Dusky
Practicing in the area of plaintiffs personal injury, workers compensation and civil litigation for nearly 20 years, Maurice Dusky has represented numerous clients who have suffered serious and disabling injuries due to all forms of negligence. Over the course of his career, he has successfully obtained trial verdicts, settlements, mediation and arbitration awards totaling in the millions of dollars.
Mr. Dusky is a member of the Workers Compensation Lawyers Association, Illinois State Bar Association and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. His primary practice is in Cook County, Illinois, concentrating on personal injury tort litigation for negligence and workers compensation. He also accepts selected cases from other venues involving all issues of civil litigation.
Mr. Dusky earned his Bachelor of Science undergraduate degree from Gannon University in Pennsylvania and his Juris Doctorate from John Marshall Law School. He was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1991 as well as the trial bar for the United States District Court for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois.
