Injury Law Illinois Blog

Welcome to the Injury Law Illinois Blog.  My name is Peter D. Corti, and I'm the managing partner of Peter D. Corti Law Group, PC.  I have been practicing law for 44 years, focusing on workers’ compensation law on behalf of injured workers in the greater Chicagoland area, as well as the entire state of Illinois.  Our firm also handles personal injury cases such as car accidents, slip and falls, and any injury due to the negligence of a third party.  Depending on your current issue, I could also potentially refer you to a well-qualified attorney for issues such as:  social security disability, retaliatory discharge / wrongful termination lawsuits, and many other things.  I will use this blog to discuss injury law in Illinois, with a concentration on workers’ compensation topics.  With the current political climate in Illinois, I believe it is especially important that work injury attorneys become more vocal about the issues facing injured workers every day.  We as Chicago workers’ comp lawyers at Peter D. Corti Law Group, PC, continue to fight for the rights of injured workers in Illinois.
