About Maurice E. Dusky

Mr. Dusky has been practicing in the area of plaintiff’s personal injury, workers’ compensation and civil litigation for approximately seventeen years. He has represented numerous clients who have suffered serious and disabling injuries due to all forms of negligence. He has successfully obtained trial verdicts, settlements, mediation and arbitration awards totaling in the millions of dollars.

Mr. Dusky’s primary practice is in Cook County concentrating in plaintiff’s personal injury Tort litigation for negligence and Workers’ Compensation. He also accepts selected cases from other venues involving all issues of civil litigation.

Mr. Dusky received his Bachelor of Science undergraduate degree from Gannon University in 1987. He received his Juris Doctorate from John Marshall Law School in 1991. Mr. Dusky was admitted to the bar in 1991 in Illinois as well as the trial bar for the United States District Court for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois.

Mr. Dusky is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.
