About Megan C. Kivisto

Ms. Kivisto was born in Detroit, Michigan. She received her Bachelor of Science undergraduate degree from Northwestern University in 1993. She received her Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University Law School in 2003. Law School honors include Barrister Scholarship in 2000 and the Bronze Key Certificate in 2002. Ms. Kivisto was admitted to the bar in 2003 in Illinois.

Ms. Kivisto is a co-author of “Obtaining Medical Records, The Clayton Case” Illinois Trial Lawyers Association Workers’ Compensation Notebook, 2007 Addendum.

Ms. Kivisto is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association.
