Partner Richard E. Aleksy, our firm’s pre-eminent trial lawyer, has 36 years of experience handling Illinois workers compensation claims, and has argued many cases before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission as well as the circuit, appellate and the Supreme Court of Illinois. On July 20, 2011, Illinois Governor Pat Quinn named Richard Aleksy to be one of only twelve members of the Illinois Workers' Compensation Advisory Board. Attorney Aleksy currently serves as an active member of the Workers' Compensation Lawyers Association, and has served as a past President and Board Member of the Association.
